Mission Statement
The Central Florida International Black Women’s Congress’ (CFIBWC) mission is to provide social, educational, cultural, economical, and recreational programs to Central Florida area communities. CFIBWC is committed to supporting and empowering individuals through information sharing and educational programs on body, mind, spirit and economic development.
Vision of CFIBWC
- Provide Economic and Health forums annually to educate and encourage healthier lifestyles choices.
- Acquire ample space to house CFIBWC accommodate growing staff, group meeting, and facilitate technology based programs.
- Establish an informational resource and reading center.
- Strategically develop and implement plan to establish African American library.
- Reestablish and implement Genesis Top Notch Teens (GTNT) Rites of Passage program for youth (11-17 years of age).
- Establish Collaborative Networks for Outreach Projects.
- Operate as an organization of financial sustainability.
